Works perfectly! Performs the required function
I don't know why people are complaining about having to use the CD-ROM drive to install the driver. The download link is verbatim in the instructions. Works as intended, 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz on my 60Hz monitor. The only reason it can flicker is when it's not fully plugged in (to reply to another buyer's review), it's not a bad product as people claim, you just need to read the instructions and be patient!
