Its simplicity of use makes it very friendly to new users, also its ease to install as one-click app from your account dashboard helps you get started quickly with few settings for work spaces setup (project/topic & sub topic). User management can be done using Groups or profiles depending upon need but not yet support multi user group access control at moment hence may have issue if multiple people logged in same session simultaneously like desktop application does. Easy UI help make onboarding easier without training which will definitely add extra time cost while making transition towards more professional level tools later once employee know how easy they are. I like that it's easy to integrate with other tools (GitHub, Slack) which makes working from home or remote very efficient! The UI could be better but you can get used quickly enough. It’s also great if there are multiple people in your team using this tool because of its ease-of use - even beginners will learn how things work without any problems at all once they start looking into their options.
