Now that I've had this neck massager for a bit I can say that I do like it. However, I don't have anything to compare it to. It is comfortable around the neck and I do like the heat choice, but would like to be able to make it even warmer.It took a few tries to get the 3 options along with the intensity choices to a comfortable place; I do increase the intensity slowly. I have a bulging disk, am under chiropractic care, and it is sometimes difficult to turn my neck from side to side. The functions on the massager seem to help keep the muscles in my neck more relaxed.
