I received this mount for a 40" Samsung UNJ5200 and it required significant modifications to make it work. Normally I would just send it back, but I had free time and serious metal work. Tools to get the job done so I changed it. Here are the issues: * The back of the TV sticks out about 1 inch at the bottom. The two vertical mounting rails had to protrude over the top of the TV so they wouldn't touch the bottom bar. So I had to cut about 4 inches off the two mounting rods. * TV audio jacks seen from behind. The horizontal mounting plate blocked the use of the audio jacks. I ended up cutting off about 8 inches on the right side. mounting plate.
