We bought this office chair for my wife after her old chair broke. The chair was packaged very well and had minimal waste. Was able to assemble the chair in under 15 minutes. It's very comfortable and the bonded leather feels nice, but here are a few things to note: 1. The chair usually sits fairly high, even when set low. 2. Armrests MUST be attached as they secure the seat back to the chair.3. One of the armrest mounting threads on the underside of the seat was inserted at a slight angle. This did not cause any problems during final assembly, but the screw could be turned without being careful. Probably a one time problem.4. The armrest screws attached to the underside of the seat must be loosened before the seatback is installed. Otherwise, the seatback will be very stiff, if not impossible. I would buy this again. I love this chair and so does my wife!
