Review on TINSO Cotton Crew Toe Socks: Five Finger No Show Athletic Running Socks (7-11) by Andy Mitts

Non-Sport Running Socks

I originally bought these to solve the problem of my toes rubbing together causing severe pain and calluses. I think insulating the toes with this sock will help reduce friction and minimize pain. This was not the case. They caused even more friction problems. The fabric is very thin and even when walking it rubs between the toes, which leads to blisters. I don't want to see results when used as running socks. Another big issue I have with these socks is the time it takes to put them on. It is very difficult to put each finger in its place. If you have long toes they may not fit. The finger hole (guess what you call it) isn't that long. It was also difficult to undress. Advantages: light material. Breathable / Moisture Wicking. Cons: Difficult to put on and take off. Not the best design to run. Maybe yoga or other active stretching exercises. However, it is not suitable for running/walking. If you've ever rubbed a fabric while running, you know it's going to cause blisters/burns. When the sock is on and you are not running/walking, this is a comfortable sock.

Pros
  • Naturally splayed toe, closed Non-slip bottom provides stability. Lightweight running socks allow toes to relax and flex freely
Cons
  • There are downsides too
