Pros: Beautiful design with a textured surface that allows skin to breathe. The sound reflection also works excellently with headphones. Disadvantages: Oof! I hate that! There is no way to "fix" this silicon patch on the front interface. This is the most problematic at the bow. If you plan on holding the headset tightly against your face (tightly, mind you, which causes a headache) so it can't move at all, and DO NOT plan on moving it for any reason, you're fine. However, if you sweat and pull it out of your face or dislocate it for any reason, you're screwed. For this reason, it is the most inconvenient that I've ever had to deal with. Once you move it even the slightest bit, that area of the nose isn't where it should be, and if you don't take the headset off, remove that bezel and move the lid around to try and get a tiny millimeter tape of silicone in to catch the groove, it is very inconvenient. :(
