Review on Halston Heritage Womens Sleeve Ruched Women's Clothing for Dresses by Randy Montiel

I was delighted to receive this dress for an evening wear event! I'm 5ft 4in and about 120lbs and a size 2 fits very well everywhere. The upper part of the sleeve/neck was almost too tight, but I still felt good. The dress is long and you have a lot of work for the hem. So I sewed it to a pair of heels. The quality of the fabric is average - not too thick and not too thin. Only the back is double lined. I trimmed some excess strands and came out feeling confident Cinderella!
