Bought as a surprise gift for my mom. The plus size is too tight, although her waist is 36 inches and she barely hangs on the edge with discomfort. I have to return the product and order a new one, the packaging costs are my responsibility. This is a Christmas present that will not be on time now. Overall the quality of the product looks and feels solid, but I can't write a solid review based on that. If you want to buy this product. BUY ONE SIZE MORE! Edit: I sent the item back, customer service contacted me after trying to help me with resizing. Get full credit on return and order correct size. Gave it to my mom, she loved it. She doesn't feel uncomfortable and says it helps with back pain. Satisfies my initial need for the product so I'm satisfied. But one thing I noticed was that despite the breathable design, it still gets a little warm on the back in room temperature conditions.
