A year later my girls still love it

I have to say I bought this because it was on sale on Prime Day and because it's Fisher-Price. It was from Santa Claus for Christmas 2020 and looked like it could be fun. Well I have two twin girls who will be 4 in a few weeks and have been playing with him non stop since last Christmas. These are girls who like to dress up as princesses, but they also like sharks and pirates. I was worried the characters in this set might be too scary for them, but they love them. They particularly enjoy riding the pirate ship (it has hard wheels and can take their weight, although it's not made for them and we always tell them to stop). hiding places and mechanisms. They like to place small treasures, like their game decorations, in the hold and in the jaws of the ship's forward shark and roll them across space. This is probably the toy that has made us the most money over the last 4 years. I thought it was a joke but he has real staying power. I'd be surprised if your kids didn't like it either! One final point: it's well made, as you'd expect from Fisher-Price, and has withstood many plays and uses that weren't what FP intended. And I appreciate that while it looks like a traditional "boy" toy, it's not marketed as such and is actually just as fun for little girls. The photo shows all her other toys organized on an "island" to be transported by ship. .

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • I vaguely remember
