I bought this universal sink thinking it was a good deal because everything was included. When my husband unpacked the box and began the installation, he found that there was no drain assembly kit, so this is now "complete", the sink cost us $193. a trip to the hardware store and an additional $25 fee for same-day installation completion. I emailed the company and emailed Revain, the response was to return what we bought and they would send the parts, the thought of this ridiculous act is absurd. So here is my overall rating of the quality of this versatile sink, the faucet is good quality, the sink is quite sturdy, my only concern is where the faucet attaches to the plastic of the sink, it's very flimsy and my husband reinforces it with one Piece of wood. I wouldn't buy this product online again, I feel like I'd rather go to a hardware store and see what I'm buying.
