I just tried the one I ordered; seems very successful. However, the only way to adjust the fit is to change how far you slide the temples of the glasses through the arms of the mount. If you have a small head, you need to keep threading. Luckily my sunglasses have fairly straight thin (1/4 inch) temples as the mounting holes are quite small. With my 21 1/2 inch head, I had to tuck the sleeves in almost to the buttonholes. It took me some time to find the right fit. However, once I did, the holder held my glasses very securely and very comfortably. It is possible that the sleeve openings may become loose during use. I now have a strong motivation to leave the retainer on the glasses.
