We use it for work scheduling, and we can see who's in their office or at lunch etc. It makes it easier to keep people accountable on their daily schedules. Sometimes the program may freeze when performing functions of other programs. When using the program through a browser it freezes often. This is not a major issue if you're only doing data entry, but we have an accountant who uses this software for payroll. The best thing about PC Repair Tracker is the customer service. They are always very helpful and courteous. They have a very wide range of products they offer. I don't have any dislikes about PC Repair Tracker.
