
I used soy and whey protein powder before this product. However, since I am now trying to limit my soy consumption and completely avoid dairy products because they are difficult to digest, I switched to rice protein powder. I think it's a little chalk compared to others. However, that doesn't bother me. Since I always make smoothies with frozen berries + 1/2 frozen banana powder, I like that it's low in carbs. Vanilla was my favorite until I recently tried the berry mix. Now all I want is mixed berries. Great product and easy to digest.
