Sorry for my messy aquarium photo /Video. This is a nice feeder, but the magnets are SUPER weak. I have a rimless tank with 8mm glass (5/16"") and the fixation is very weak. You just have to put the lid on it, there you can't push it down to seal the food, or you just dunk the whole thing in the water, or it just falls into the tank I also wish it had more entry holes for the frozen food to fall apart (I feed Reef Frenzy lining.) It only has one hole and when it's on the left side of the tank it's facing the front glass and not much water goes through. I have to stir the food with my finger and chop it up break so it flows out of the feeder. I really wanted this pet feeder to be everything I need, but it just isn't here yet. The magnets are not strong enough for each glass thickness. I have fridge magnets that stick stronger than these magnets. Outside the tank, if there's nothing in between, you can easily pull them apart, which isn't ideal. I'm going to buy an innovative marine feeder of this type and see how it performs. It's $10 cheaper than this one.
