All I had to do was install it on a monitor, plug it into a USB port and it worked . The only thing I noticed that doesn't seem to work is that there are two lights on the camera. Red means it's not in use and green means it's in use. The camera works, but the indicator is always red. Otherwise, the camera seems good for the price. I'm sure there are much fancier cameras out there for a lot more money but this one is great for my grandson's Zoom study meetings. Very happy with it.
