I can cook anything except fry without killing it. For my budget, the Norpro 5971 did what it promised, so I have to give it 5 stars. It's not fancy and needs to be looked at, but it does the job and delivers. I made my first large roast with just the right amount of pink in the center. Everyone enjoyed it and walked on for a few seconds.
