Well worth the price if you're looking for a $600 flashlight alternative.

In the comments complaining about the installation, you need to understand that the problem is in the vehicle, not the headlights (not difficult, just awkward). The headlights are a normal aperture, great color to match the GTI's high beam, but they don't seem to have a really pronounced hotspot, more of a flood. They're BRIGHT, but nobody lit us last night driving down some dark two-lane roads, so they probably suit our understated VW. All in all they were worth the money for me and I would buy them again.
