Too heavy, doesn't cool well
When the pillow arrived and unwrapped it I noticed a very unpleasant pungent smell. After about 12 hours it got much better. The pillow itself isn't as long as I expected, but it's my fault for not checking the sizing better. It's very heavy, bulky and not comfortable at all. As for the cooling aspect, the cooling gel isn't very cool, it doesn't stay very cold for very long. I think back, the pillow is not satisfied.
