The staff was very friendly with me when I first started to use their services. They were able to get my computer up and running quickly and efficiently, which helped ease all of our fears about not having access to computers for an extended period of time. My experience could have been better if they offered more training before we used it during COVID-19. We needed help getting back online after being quarantined due to coronavirus concerns. Everyone at CSU made sure that we had everything set up correctly so that we didn't need any assistance from them again once we got back into work mode.
