NOT ADJUSTABLE BY REGULATION AFTER PART NUMBER

Let me start by saying that the ASD 4" LED niche lights are very well designed and built and look great on my ceiling. They are very easy to install. Now for the negative part. After seeing it in my ceiling Once installed I noticed the lights weren't sealed.The part that rotates so you can run them to a picture shelf etc. I noticed a lot of dust and insulation got through the gap onto my floor.Also I have after installation decided to tone them down a bit. They faded and returned to full light after a few seconds. I've tried to darken several times but to no avail. Even when muted for a few seconds they tend to flicker. I don't feel like it to go back to the attic to strip, pack and send them back to find another set, so I decided to just live with them. So finally, if you don't mind a little dust that needs cleaning daily and you don't need dimmable bulbs. It is in order.
