I really wanted to give this product a great review. Easy to use, does the job perfectly. So quiet you can leave it running at night. However, the sensors are mediocre at best. After several successful uses, I decided to leave it running at night. When I woke up the next morning I found it at the bottom of the stairs, not on the dock. Started it up within a day of charging and everything seemed to be working fine. Suddenly I hear him stumbling up the stairs again. It's happening so frequently now that it's confusing because you have to monitor it all the time. Bought specifically for sensors. I only wish they were better and actually revealed the stairs they were designed for. If you don't have a ladder, this is a great device. The battery life is excellent. The noise level is quieter than I expected. Not to mention having fallen down the stairs a number of times I can assure you the build quality is second to none. It even ripped a few pieces off my white enamel baseboards when it fell, but that little bad boy just keeps going. Unfortunately, despite all these wonderful things, I couldn't be more disappointed. Purchase at your own risk. Or I'm sure you can still find a decent baby gate while on the Revain website to add to your purchase. UPDATE Eufy's customer support is amazing within hours of posting my review. I heard from them that they wanted to fix the problem. I sent the defective device back and received a replacement within a few days. I've waited a bit to update this review as I wanted to make sure these drop and vacuum sensors were working as intended. 2 weeks and not a single fall down the stairs! Much happier this time. Definitely happy with my purchase. Thank you Eufy for a great product and great support.
