The ability to create and manage custom offers has been very useful for our business. It can be used for both o2o as well as aom campaigns. There is also an option to share the data with other users in the account, which is great. It's also easy to use. I dislike that it sometimes takes a long time to process credit cards. We have not found any major problems so far. We are solving our sales funnel problem by creating customised offers to customers. This is helping us increase conversion rate of our website.
