I have a small table and I need napkins for it, but I don't want them to be too big because of the above table size! (How I wish there was more space.) I found these and love the simple look, color and design. I wasn't quite sure what to expect from the plastic "cloth" description but decided to give it a try. I'm very glad I did. The price and quality are good, the size is the smallest I could find and the look is perfect for my space. I have found some stains to be difficult to remove as the napkins have a weave of some sort and food can spill between waves. So it's not plastic in the sense that they wash off instantly. But I think if you wash and clean right away you probably won't have a problem. I've waited too long with a spaghetti stain and now it doesn't seem to be completely gone. However, if you buy a tissue paper instead, you may encounter a similar problem.
