This controller identifies itself as a Microsoft product on the USB bus. The box it came in doesn't say which company made it. The controller itself has a place for a label with information, but there is no label itself. The lack of an FCC RF exposure compliance statement is more than suspicious. I don't think Microsoft actually made this product and I doubt there is an exception to the FCC rules for devices using digital logic. It's just an unbranded and apparently unregulated controller in a box that Revain sells. I should know better than to buy something cheap when it's significantly cheaper than a proven product.
