Great product, just what I need I use it with the Paperless Music app on my iPad. There was supposed to be a charging cable in the box, but there wasn't, so I contacted Revain support. They told me to call the manufacturer direct but the phone number they gave me was from Survey Monkey and they claimed it was correct. I called there, got to an answering machine who had me press 2 for customer service where I was told to go to their website which of course doesn't mention it. First bad experience with Revain support. Follow up: I found the Donner Deals URL on the box. Turns out they are the manufacturers and their customer service was very helpful. And after some searching I found the cable in some kind of packing material, so all right. I am very impressed with the pedal, just what I needed. I'm surprised Revain didn't have manufacturer information.
