This is a fantastic item. I'm a window cleaner and I use this guy every day at work. I use it primarily for windows over 10 feet, and for larger windows it usually results in saving an extra downstroke per panel. It doesn't sound like a lot, but when you're making over 1,000 windows a week, it really adds up. I usually prefer to use the 18-inch screen for things I can reach because I find it a bit less bulky. It can be difficult to maintain the correct even pressure on the blade unless the glass is in very good condition. For relatively clean interior work like shopping malls, this is my go-to. Outdoors, I really only use it on a pole. In short, it helped me make more money in the same amount of time. As with any tool, you just need to know when to use it most effectively.
