It's really useless. I've been trying to get this to work but it's the mechanism that doesn't work when I use this corkscrew that I used to ruin 3 bottles of wine before giving up. The cork breaks into the bottle, rendering the wine undrinkable. This only worked once out of 5 times I tried. It's really useless. I ended up throwing it away and buying another brand. I attacked the photos of the aftermath. I had wine on the ceiling the last time I tried this thing. Imagine me trying to wipe the wine up there before my husband comes home and thinks I'm a drunk hahaha. Overall it's not a big deal but I just wanted to give my feedback no matter what. We all have bigger fish than me throwing out a corkscrew.
