The bookcase came without a bag of screws to assemble and it took a week and a half to get my inquiry answered and a few more days to get one Bag received in the post but they took it well and I know Covid is probably still impacting staff numbers. It was difficult to assemble alone (instructions show the side boards on the floor with each shelf upright, but the shelf kept tipping over so I laid the side board and shelves horizontally and braced against the crate to keep it stable, and it worked), so I would recommend having a second person to keep things quiet. It's not heavy, but it includes all 7 hardcover books, 4 illustrated books, plus the Percy Jackson, Eragon, Leven Thumps, and Inkheart series, so it's a decent bookshelf. The shelves are non-adjustable and not high enough to stand on for the versions shown, so they lie on their side. There were also white paint stains on two of the shelves but I didn't have time to wait another 2 weeks to get the bookshelf and remove all the Harry Potter books and paraphernalia from the floor. I know this sounds like a bad review, I just want people to know in case it breaks their deal, but I really like the bookshelf. It's just the right size and looks good and is functional.
