Review on Digital Temperature Controller 100 240V Thermocouple by Nick Kussmaul

The unit is factory set to use a T-type thermocouple and the settings cannot be changed to make it work with the supplied K-type Thermocouple is functioning, resulting in an incorrect temperature reading. SSR stopped working after 1 hour. The device came with a two-page manual in Chinese, so it was unusable. I tried to find a manual for the REX C100 on the internet but it was clear that this unit was not compatible with other REX C100 units - in the sense that it shows a 3 digit setting display instead of 4. I was able to unlock the menu to view SL1 through SL4 with the code "100", but none of the unlocked settings can be changed. After all, it was 2 hours that I will never get back. Please save yourself the hassle and buy a working device from someone else.
