Review on Appliancemate 622058 Dishwasher Inlet Water Valve: Compatible with Bosch Dishwasher for Efficient Performance by Bennie Boss

I have a Bosch SilencePlus SHE43R55UC/64. One night the drain wouldn't stop flowing, and then the water slowly began to flow onto the floor in front of the dishwasher. I turned off the water supply and the flow stopped. This led me to believe that the problem was in the water supply valve. I found several videos online on how to replace it and was able to do it without pulling out the dishwasher. After I replaced it there was no leak, but the dishwasher continued to run uninterrupted when I pressed the power button because the leak was filling the bottom water trap with water. There's a sensor that activates the drain if there's too much water in it, so I had to drain the water before I could start the dishwasher again.
