Great tool for managing and tracking software dev teams

User friendly platform! Easy navigation through my team profile page; allows me to easily assign tasks/projects in real time - which was great when I wanted someone else's feedback asap but couldn't be there myself (I'm at an office hours meeting).
No dislike really-it does what you need from its basic premise of helping people get stuff done faster & efficiently using modern day technology tools like Slack or Zendesk etc.- not much added value otherwise. It helped us manage our projects quicker by allowing other developers within the same org who were remote have access too so they could provide valuable input into solving any issues we might encounter during development stages of project releases / updates before going live.

Intuitive UI
Well categorized pages with easy accessibility, ability for quick reference while working
Great tool overall if used properly especially considering how well it works alongside software such zendesk that is widely adopted nowadays.
Easeful learning curve once learnt about basics behind use
