I like how easy its setup was as well having access from anywhere using my phone or computer makes me feel safe while at home since i can get help quickly if something happens out of office hours! It's not bad but sometimes you need some training in order use all features correctly so make sure your trainer knows what they're doing before hiring this software otherwise there will be problems after installation when setting up everything properly!! I love how easy its to use and set up in your office or home! It's great because you can share one system between multiple departments without having to purchase separate software packages. We have used this product at my previous job but unfortunately we had to switch over to another program after they got bought out by an outside vendor.
