Review on XSOL by James Crofton

I love how easy its to use and set up in your office or home! It's great because you can share one system between multiple departments without having to purchase separate software packages. We have used this product at my previous job but unfortunately we had to switch over to another program after they got bought out by an outside vendor. They were not as user friendly of a tool as Xsol was so switching was difficult. If you're looking into using xsols services make sure you do some research about what other companies offer before making any decisions. You will find there are many different options when it comes to these types of programs. Our organization has been able to streamline our internal processes which has helped us improve service delivery while also improving employee morale.
