Review on Enhanced Search-Optimized Plantronics HL10 Handset Lifter by Chris Hossain

I bought this 4 months ago along with a Plantronics CS530 cordless office headset with retractable mic. It was amazing and I really enjoyed it. until this week. Suddenly decided to stop contacting the headset and not picking up the phone and not hanging up the call. My guess is that the headset isn't charging anymore (this should happen automatically when the handset is placed back in the cradle) - there's an indicator light that comes on when it's charging, but it's reliable enough that I stopped have to pay attention to the weather or not to light it. I watched before I left and the lights were on for the last few days. But at 3:00 p.m. it stopped working again. If this continues I'll see what the manufacturer says about a refund or a new headset/lift.
