I bought black satin letters for my Silverado, the quality of the letters exceeded my expectations. The satin finish has a sophisticated OEM look that complements my truck beautifully. The fit is great, I washed the tailgate and prepped the surface with alcohol pads! I did the installation at night so I used a hair dryer to heat the tailgate and the back of the letters, not very hot but warm to improve adhesion. The 3M adhesive on the back of the letters is strong. Once aligned, just pressing lightly on the letters will adjust them a little better. As soon as you press and wipe them, they're there!
