Review on Citysafe Backpack Fits Luggage Messenger Nightfall by Rachel Mercer

VERY cute bag. A big problem. BELTS ARE VERY LONG! As many reviewers have said about the full-sized Citysafe CX, the same is true of this mini version. Too long and hanging too low. I'm short 5ft 4in. I ordered a regular size and sent it back hoping this mini would be better. I ended up shortening the straps by slipping the soft part of the strap through the buckle about 3-4 inches. Don't ask me how it happened. It took a lot of effort because the soft part shouldn't go through the buckle. This is the only way to cut it enough to use it. I really like this bag and didn't want to return it. This is my second PacSafe bag. They make great products, but that has to go back to the design department. And because a webbing has a hook, which makes the webbings UNEQUAL. Serious design flaw. For the women's bag, they need to trim the straps about 6 inches and align the sides left to right, accounting for the hook on one side.
