The quality seems to be the same as Oral-b but at a much lower price.
Can't comment on durability yet as I've been using it for less than a month and change Oral-b every three months. I really assume the lifespan is the same. Oral-b redesigned the flossing/deep cleaning brush and I haven't tested their latest version. They definitely clean deeper from Schallcare, to the point where you need to avoid too much pressure and time to clean. All of this can irritate the gums and cause little bleeding, similar to flossing. As with dental floss, this bleeding will go away over time.
