I like that they are very transparent with their pricing structure (i.e., no hidden surprises), have great support team who really care about your success as well as theirs! They're also quick to adapt if there's any need in my business or our customers' businesses requiring changes/updates. We started using them because we wanted access to Salesforce but didn't want all the bells & whistles - so this fit perfectly. The only thing I dislike right now is how hard it can be sometimes getting through to someone at crescentence regarding account questions / billing issues when you don't know exactly what part "Sales" plays into those conversations. But overall I'm happy wtih them and would recommend others give them try too!! It has been easy going from start to finish; always responsive via email and phone calls during hours needed. Their knowledge base was helpful.
