I absolutely LOVE this straightener! It heats up VERY quickly and is very effective when getting ready in the morning for work or for any occasion. It also gets pretty hot so when I turn it off I hang it on the rack where my towels are to cool it down. I've read some reviews that have melted down some items for previous buyers so I'm trying to be careful with that and keep it in a safe place without damaging anything. I used to have a Conair Pro and a Chi, but to be honest I think it's better because it looks smooth and heats up quickly. It's affordable and works wonders for my thick wavy hair! Satisfied customer :)
