Installed on my 96 gmc 3/4 ton. Installation took about 1.5 hours and was easy, all bolted together with no sanding. I bought a "T" to tie both sides into one and installed the Schrader valve stem in a mounting plate for my seven-pin harness under the rear bumper. Both sides are filled by a stick. Since the volume of the bags is quite small, filling up to 100psi with a full-size compressor takes a few seconds. I carry a homemade steel deck with two 600-pound four-wheelers on the bed, a full bed of firewood, and a 26-foot camper. . Even with load balancing, the truck sags too much. With bags inflated to over 80psi, the load is more even, handling improves, it breaks easier and overall the truck feels much more durable. When you don't need them, just deflate and you'll never know they're there. They do NOT increase the capacity of your truck, they just help balance things out when you have heavier loads.
