Review on TripDock by Kevin Fuentes

Recently, I placed an order with TripDock for some hardware and tools, and I was very unsatisfied with their customer support. The delivery of my order took much longer than anticipated, and when it eventually arrived, several items were missing. The customer support rep I spoke with was unprofessional and rude. I waited for quite some time on hold before getting through, and then they were unable to help or offer an answer for the misplaced items. The website's lack of user-friendliness only made things worse. It took me longer than I had anticipated to get through the checkout procedure. Overall, I was not satisfied with my time spent using TripDock. The missing items, lengthy lines, and unhelpful staff have all left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be returning to this location, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for tools or building supplies.
