I'm very disappointed with the product. When it arrived I tested it with fabric and thread and it worked fine so I was hopeful and happy. I changed the thread because I wanted to sew a tablecloth. The needle stopped catching the thread in the bobbin so I took the bobbin out to check, put it back in, tried to sew again and the bobbin case popped out. I watched the video on YouTube and pasted it again. There was nothing in it. instructions to cover it. The thread still doesn't stick, so I can't sew anything. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. In addition, the thread cutter is very blunt. If you turn it so the needle goes down, it will get stuck like it's stuck in something. Must be lubricated.
