The fingerprint sensor is terrible!

I love the look of this doorknob and hope it's enough to deter anyone approaching the front door as that's all it's good for. I never write reviews and I will freely admit that this is my first review. None of us come into the house if the door is locked. This lock no longer recognizes any of our fingerprints after a step-by-step setup. We all lock ourselves all the time and have to knock on the window to get someone to let us in if we don't have the key. Nice to look at, but otherwise junk. Luckily I have an extensive security system because this lock is not conducive to security at all!
