Exactly like in the photo!
I bought size XL and it fits me like size XL. I'm 5'1" and it's not even too long, it ties at my waist with no weird folds and ends mid-thigh. I thought there might be a button to tuck the sides in, but alas there is it doesn't, it just ties in the front no matter how you phrase it, but that's exactly what we ordered!
