Great program but needs some improvements

I like the ease of use and the ability to have the software do what I need it to do. I dislike that the software is not as intuitive as I would like it to be. The customer service is lacking. I have called customer service numerous times and never received a return call. The customer service is not helpful at all. I have a difficult time finding out what the issues are with the software.

I cannot trust that the customer service will do what I need it to do. I have been searching for software for a long time and this is the best I have found. As of now, I do not have any suggestions. I am solving the problems of our company by using the software.

Pros

It has helped us in many ways including helping me keep track my work schedule easier than if we had used pen/paper or excel spreadsheets which can get messy quickly! Our employees love how easy they find everything when navigating through their dashboard page!! My favorite part about eoaa's platform was being able navigate between pages easily without having too much trouble
