Great program but needs some improvements

I like the ease of use and the ability to have the software do what I need it to do. I dislike that the software is not as intuitive as I would like it to be. The customer service is lacking. I have called customer service numerous times and never received a return call. The customer service is not helpful at all. I have a difficult time finding out what the issues are with the software. I cannot trust that the customer service will do what I need it to do. I have been searching for software…

Pros
  • It has helped us in many ways including helping me keep track my work schedule easier than if we had used pen/paper or excel spreadsheets which can get messy quickly! Our employees love how easy they find everything when navigating through their dashboard page!! My favorite part about eoaa's platform was being able navigate between pages easily without having too much trouble

Great Email Management System - Not Just For Emails

I like that we have managed our email at my work with their system for years now (since 2012). They allow us to send emails without having them be printed out in paper form which saves me time every day since there are no printers around here! Also being able use Outlook was very nice as well because it allowed you guys access if any issues came up within your systems or office computers etc.. So far all is good but nothing really too bad about this one either so not much complaints right off…

  • Can store files securely online while accessing remotely also helps save space.

The Electronic Office of Asheville, Inc. - Very helpful and friendly staff

I like that they are very knowledgeable about their products as well have great customer service! They helped me with troubleshooting an issue we were having when transferring files from one computer to another in our office (we had two different computers). Great team!! We didn't really need much help but it was nice getting some advice/help because sometimes people can be so stubborn or just don’t know how things work anymore if you let them get away without helping out at least once every…

  • Helpful staff who will take time do make sure everything works properly before letting someone leave..The abilityto use both internet side by my cell phone which worked amazingly after being able too sync up all devices..Great place
