Review on APDTY 857413 DLA Door Lock Actuator Motor Left: Unlock Your Car's Door Effortlessly by Joe Patterson

Bought this actuator in March 2017, just under a year ago (warranty not yet up to 12 months) and had it fitted at our local Honda dealer. It was working fine until a month ago it started making the same loud "machine gun" noise as the old one. Now the remote control doesn't close all the doors properly and the alarm doesn't turn on. I have sent the seller a request for a warranty replacement but have not received a response yet (2 days ago). Would change rating to 4-5 stars if warranty delivered as promised. In any case, I still have to pay the dealer to remove the old one and install the new one ($125 job). Update: somehow I missed the seller's email (ended up in my spam folder), they replied correctly. and offered to replace the part free of charge. Very happy with the level of service. Let's see, I hope the new one lasts longer.
