I'm a teacher who's always on the go. As much as I talk, I like to have a bottle of cold water on hand. The problem is that the water never stays cold enough and the bottle sweats. With that in mind, I ordered Insulating Pom Poms - Sweat-Free, Leak-Proof, Dishwasher Safe Water Bottle - Keeps Cool or Stays Hot for up to 24 Hours - Made from BPA-Free, Food-Grade Stainless Steel - 15 oz to give it a try. First I washed it in the dishwasher to make sure it really is dishwasher safe. It was passed with honor. It also says it's leak proof, so I poured some water in, put the lid on, and then turned it over and over; no leaks. The product description also states that it is BPA-free. That's another good thing. The bottle looks and feels solid. Second, it comes in a variety of colors including my favorite purple. And its design fits my hand perfectly. But I had another test. It was advertised as being sweat-free and keeping hands and desks dry. I filled him with ice cold water and started waiting to see if he would sweat. And it's not. In my opinion, this is the best part of this bottle. When I teach, I often reach for a pen or paper after I've had a drink and more than I can count I've had water hit paper or my pen was slippery. It also kept my drink cold. So this bottle was a hit with me. If, like me, you don't like those sweaty water bottles, you need to buy these and get them in your favorite color.
