Why hasn't a company sent installation instructions for their product? Received the wiper blades on time, checked the box and box for installation instructions (even opened the box and checked) and nothing. I figured I was a mechanic so this can't be too hard. I removed the old blades from my Cadillac DTS with no problems (the new blades are not the same as the old ones) and couldn't figure out how to install them. Went to U-Tube and said nothing about how to install AVA wiper blades and finally Bosch was the closest thing to installing the wiper blades. Two pieces of plastic fell out on the first try, I couldn't figure out how to reattach them, glad the other blade was still there. First I did the driver's side, it took more than half an hour. The passenger side took over half an hour. If you have never installed wiper blades, do not attempt to install these blades without instructions. While these are great wiper blades, without instructions I would buy another brand that comes with instructions if you don't want your neighbors hearing a different language from your garage.
